Water - Health - Connection
"Due to multiple causes (but water being one of the biggest, I believe), I found myself bed-ridden. I was a mess of infections. I had kidney and bladder infections, I had yeast and sinus infections. I also had been struggling with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and even brain damage caused by multiple concussions. The list could go on, but I think the point is made. I was bed-ridden for 2 months, but when I got up, I still had a long ways to go before I considered myself “well”. When I moved to Phoenix I knew I’d have to drink more water and I worked and worked to get myself up to 1 quart a day. Years later I was up to 1½ quarts and began to notice my energy coming back. My thinking was increasingly clear as my body was able to replace the cranial fluid. My continuing success made it easier to add more water in and I was soon up to 2 quarts. I was finally able to start exercising and really enjoying life. I know it seems like a lot, but I know that I can do it, and as long as I can get my health back it’s worth it. I’ve spent a lot of money on pills, treatment, and “miracle cures” but found that a lot of the problem was right beneath my nose all along. It’s simple, it’s extremely cheap (even if you buy the expensive water it’s still a lot cheaper than going to the doctor), and best of all--it really, really works. We shouldn’t be so surprised--the Earth is mostly water. Our bodies are mostly water. Life evolved around and from water. It’s the single-most important thing we can do after breathing."
